Lifter of the Week

The “Lifter of the Week” award is given out weekly by the Apollo Football coaching staff to a student athlete who exemplifies hard work, dedication, and has a good attitude while conditioning and lifting weights.

Lightning Club

Qualifications for the Lightning Club include a sub 4.99 forty yard dash.

Weightlifting Clubs – 2014-2015

650 Club
Qualifications for the 650 Club include a minimum of a 300lb squat, 200lb bench, and 150lb power clean.

Member’s Include: Brandon Dingmann, Jack Atkinson, Mason Burch, Eli Knutson, Troy Kosel, Jakob Erickson-Thoemke, Kobe Perlberg, Austin Hagen-Young, Hunter Blommer, Jordan Minks, Matt Tadych

750 Club
Qualifications for the 750 Club include a minimum of a 325lb squat, 225lb bench, 175lb power clean, and an extra 25lbs in one of the three lifts.

850 Club
Qualifications for the 850 Club include a minimum of a 350lb squat, 250lb bench, 200lb power clean, and an extra 25lbs in one of the three lifts.

950 Club
Qualifications for the 950 Club include a minimum of a 350lb squat, 250b bench, 225lb power clean, and an extra 25lbs in one of the three lifts.
